Marianne Skipski

When a member of the EDiS team needs something done and does not know where to start, they will often find themselves outside of Marianne Skipski’s door. Marianne Skipski has been a vital member of the EDiS Family since 1980. She is the Corporate Secretary for Crystal Holdings, Inc. (EDiS’ parent company) and all its entities. On a daily basis, Marianne manages everything from EDiS’ administrative support staff, to employee benefits, to all matters involving insurance, builders risk, and bonding.

Public Service

Marianne served on the Planning Commission for the Town of Elsmere from 2013 until 2017, and has served as Councilwoman for the First District of the Town of Elsmere since 2017.

Family Time

No matter how busy the Skipski clan gets, they still enjoy Thursday night spaghetti dinners, Sunday Dinners with the whole family, and spending time together at their pool and the beach.

Giving Back

Marianne is an active member of Corpus Christi Church where she leads a prayer group, serves on the Parish Council, and serves on the Corpus Christi Financial Council.
