Vice President & Operations Manager
When a project requires a process-driven approach, we give them a proven process-driven leader.
In 2001, after serving as the Resident Engineer for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at Dover Air Force Base, Chris joined EDiS as a project manager. He gained extensive experience with the military with dormitory, lodging, medical, industrial, and commercial facility construction from initial design through occupancy including budgeting, scheduling, estimating, bidding, and contract administration. Chris brought with him an extraordinary ability to make sense of the chaos, bring order and organization, and run a process-driven project that leads to successful outcomes for our clients. It was these abilities, along with his friendly demeanor, contagious smile, and can-do attitude, that has helped Chris rise to the position of Operations Manager for EDiS.
Now retired from the U.S. Army Reserves as a Lieutenant Colonel after 30 years of dedicated service, Chris is still serving his community by working on impactful projects that improve quality of life for those that will use them.
