Westside Family Healthcare Satellite Branch Facility
Serving as the Construction Manager at Risk, EDiS Company transformed a portion of an 100-year old warehouse into the new satellite branch facility for Westside Family Healthcare. New under-slab plumbing systems were installed to accommodate 14 exam rooms, six restrooms, and ancillary spaces. New water, sanitary, gas, and electric services were installed, and the 50-year old sprinkler system was renovated. EDiS managed to maintain the schedule while working below the floor and above the ceiling simultaneously through very detailed and coordinated trade schedules.
