EDiS Company was chosen to expand one of Delaware’s oldest treasures. Originally erected in 1871, this home to the performing arts required a complete modernization of their mechanical and electrical systems. Increasing ticket sales resulted in the need for a new box office facility. The facility had to be brought up to date with modern handicap accessibility standards. With a construction period of 90 days, this restoration included elaborate millwork and spectacular lighting in a historic theme.
