St. Anne’s Episcopal School

EDiS Company delivered a new elementary and middle school that is cost efficient and energy efficient yet supplies the students and teachers with a superior environment for learning, while blending in with the rolling countryside of Middletown. This was achieved by utilizing the “Old Style Farmhouse Theme” and incorporating numerous energy efficient building materials such as masonry and cementuous board sidings. The interior of the facility boasts quarry tile hallways, patterned tile floors, and solid oak woodwork that makes every trip through the doors a pleasing experience.

This project evolved through the efforts of an outstanding design team and was guided by the EDiS Total Project Solution philosophy. EDiS assisted the owners in identifying the costs associated with all phases of the project, including design, construction, soft costs, FF&E, even telephone and data costs. This early interaction by EDiS helped the owner’s team visualize the type and size of the facility their budget could support.
