Prominent Global Law Firm Office Renovations

EDiS was engaged as the construction manager for this three-phase, 52,000 square foot renovation of a Wilmington law office. The project renovated one of three floors per phase and included complete toilet room upgrades on each floor, carpet replacement (including furniture lifting), and new wall and ceiling finishes. Of special note is the replacement of the law library with a lounge/work area, new reception area, modifications to a conference center, galley kitchen, and also the extension of an internal stair to connect all three floors.
