EDiS Company completed renovations to 16,000 square feet of space at Potter Anderson & Corroon’s law office in Wilmington, Delaware. The project consisted of constructing an 8,000 square foot conference center for the client to house trial and visiting lawyers. Additionally, EDiS provided 8,000 square feet of modifications to existing spaces within the client’s office. One of the modifications required the installation of a monumental staircase between the 6th and 7th floors to connect the main lobby reception area to the new conference center. High-end finishes, glass walls and railings, custom wood paneling, mechanical systems, and other intricate features brought to the Potter Anderson & Corroon team an office they could be proud of. Not only was the job completed in a timely fashion, but the client was also able to successfully conduct business without being disrupted by the ongoing construction.

"The cost estimating phase and bid process was very through and put us on the right path for the desired outcome. Your willingness to discuss cost alternatives proved very helpful. Your lineup of subcontractors was simply outstanding, and provided the option of choosing only from the very best. We knew what the cost was going into the project, there were no surprises, and the final product was delivered on budget. We received great value for our money."
