Olive B. Loss Elementary School Renovations

EDiS provided construction management services for Appoquinimink School District for the construction of two additions and renovations to Olive B. Loss Elementary. The project involved the construction of a stormwater management pond and a fire lane around the exterior of the building. The additions included construction of a new gymnasium, a new multi-purpose athletic room, and a new classroom building that provided four new classrooms and two bathrooms. Leftover contingency dollars were added back into the project construction and funded interior painting of the entire facility as well as new ceiling tiles throughout.
