Lord Baltimore Elementary Renovations

EDiS Company was contracted to renovate Lord Baltimore Elementary School for the Indian River School District. The school, located in Ocean View, Delaware was originally constructed in 1932. This project consisted of a complete replacement of the mechanical systems with associated upgrades to the electrical system. Other improvements included classroom, administration, cafeteria, and kitchen additions. The building was also upgraded for ADA compliance. The site was reconfigured to permit easier flow of bus traffic and provide additional parking for staff and parents.
