EDiS has completed numerous projects for the Hockessin Athletic Club (HAC) since 2010. These projects have included the complete renovation and fit-out of the massage areas, fitness rooms, and hydro massage. The projects involved multiple trades including plumbing, electrical, and millwork. All work was completed while the facility remained open. The facilities provide an added service for HAC members.

A few specific projects include:

• Conversion of the first floor group fitness room into a personal training and physical therapy facility
• Expansion of the original massage center with the addition of rooms
• Conversion of existing lease space to a state-of-the-art, six-chair hydro massage facility
• Conversion of the existing conference room to double the capacity of the massage facility, adding a client restroom
