East Millsboro Elementary School Renovations

EDiS Company was contracted to install a new geothermal HVAC system and well field for the Indian River School District at East Millsboro Elementary School. EDiS also implemented significant electrical upgrades including a new service, new switchgear, and improved breaker panels throughout. The interior cosmetic upgrades included new ceiling systems, flooring, paint, casework, and lighting.

Also featured in this project is the reconfiguration and design of all existing bathrooms to comply with current ADA standards. EDiS implemented an aggressive schedule with detailed sequencing that allowed over 60% of the renovated space to be completed between June and September while at all times the building was partially occupied.
