DTCC Wilmington Campus South East Building Renovations (In Progress)

As part of a master service agreement for Delaware Technical Community College, new work is to be completed on the South-East Building on their Wilmington campus. It’s a two-part project, the first involves HVAC upgrades on all four floors. The second includes upgrades to the classrooms and lab spaces, centralizing their Allied Health Program into the South East Building.
