ChristianaCare Rehoboth Beach Tenant Fitout & Renovations

EDiS worked with ChristianaCare and Becker Morgan to construct the newest expansion of ChristianaCare in Rehoboth, Delaware. An old Pier1 was expertly renovated to create a top-of-the-line satellite medical facility which includes exam rooms, lifts accessible rooms, fall assessment rooms, and staff/work rooms. This space includes two primary care practices. The first is a traditional primary care practice for adults of all ages. The second, ChristianaCare My65+ at Rehoboth, is a practice with services designed for the needs of those 65 and older. EDiS also worked with the owner to create a tenant fit out medical space for a women’s health facility.
