Summer Internship

Intern Spotlight – Dylan DiSabatino

Dylan DiSabatino, Senior, The King’s College

Assignment: Goldey-Beacom College, Office

Most valuable thing you learned as an EDiS Intern: The most valuable thing I learned this summer was the importance of being able to communicate and work with many different types of people. In all areas of construction both on the administrative side as well as field operations it is essential to effectively communicate. Working with great people including Marianne Skipski, Gregg Clark, and Mike Frick I was able to learn that not everyone responds to instruction the same but that does not mean you can’t have an effective team. I learned how vital and necessary it is to understand how to approach each person differently in order to get the most out of their potential.
